Support Coordination Contractor (NDIS) – High Earnings, Full Flexibility
Are you an experienced Support Coordinator ready to move away from rigid structures and take control of your work and income?
We’re seeking independent contractors to deliver high-quality NDIS Support Coordination services. You’ll retain75% of all billable income, and uniquely, through our provider registration, you can also supportNDIA-managed participants—a rare opportunity for independent workers. You’ll operate under a subcontractor arrangement, with full access to tools, systems, and optional peer support.

**Hybrid work arrangement:**This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, with approximately 20% of your time spent in the office and 80% working remotely.

NDIS systems support: We provide access to streamlined platforms, optional admin assistance, and compliance guidance so you can focus on what matters
What the role involves:
Working directly with NDIS participants to implement and optimise their plans
Facilitating service connections, building capacity, and encouraging independence
Supporting participants across all funding types—NDIA-managed, Plan-managed, and Self-managed
Ensuring documentation, notes, and coordination activities meet NDIS Practice Standards and provider-level obligations
Participating in quality and compliance reviews by providing brief progress updates to the team lead (to ensure compliance—not for supervision)
Contributing to continuous improvement and participant outcomes through knowledge sharing and optional peer reflection sessions
You’ll need:
At least 1 year of proven experience in Support Coordination (Level 2 and/or 3)
Strong understanding of NDIS funding streams, plan implementation, and reporting requirements
Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
ABN, professional indemnity and public liability insurance
Relevant qualifications in allied health, community services, mental health, or social work
Current police check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Childrens Check (or willingness to obtain), driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Nice to have:
Existing caseload or strong referral networks
Experience supporting participants with complex or psychosocial needs
Confidence preparing reports and compliance submissions where required
This is a true contractor role—not employment. You’ll maintain control over your work while delivering services aligned with NDIS standards under our registration and guidance.
