Your Role as a Care Coordinator We are seeking a dedicatedCare Coordinatorto join ourHomecare Division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing care staff placements, ensuring seamless shift fulfilment, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and support workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Fill and manage home care shifts across various locations

Handle customer and client shift requests efficiently

Maintain accurate staff rosters and case management records

Ensure compliance requirements for all home care staff are met

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and care staff

Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly

What We’re Looking For:

Superior customer service and communication skills

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and care staff

Experience in office administration and rostering systems

Understanding of NDIS and homecare packages (desirable)

Qualification as a PCA, Support Worker, or Nurse (highly desirable)
