We're seeking a dynamic, strategic and people-focused Head of Operations to lead Alliance Community through its next phase of growth and innovation.

The Role

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you’ll take full accountability for the strategic, financial, operational, and cultural leadership of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of the Alliance Community Business Plan, aligning national and regional goals

Drive strong financial performance with oversight of a $50–100M P&L

Build, lead and coach high-performing teams across multiple branches

Champion innovation and continuous improvement across systems and services

Embed a culture of clinical excellence, risk management, and compliance

Lead organisational change aligned to NDIS, Aged Care and Health sector reform

Strengthen existing client relationships while identifying new growth opportunities

What You'll Bring

Proven leadership experience within the NDIS, Aged Care, or Health sectors

Demonstrated success managing multi-site operations and dispersed teams

Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills

Ability to inspire teams and drive high-performance culture

Experience in change leadership and delivering strategic outcomes

Understanding of governance, clinical frameworks, and regulatory compliance

A relevant Bachelor’s Degree and ongoing professional development
