About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead AMS’squality, compliance, and risk frameworksto ensure exceptional service delivery and positive participant outcomes. This is a key leadership role, shaping our continuous improvement culture, fostering transparency, and ensuring alignment withNDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS QASC) standards.

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement a long-termQuality & Governance strategy

Lead, mentor, and inspire theQuality & Governance team

Ensure ongoingcompliance with NDIS QASC standardsand audits

Drivecontinuous improvementand process innovation across AMS

Engage and educate staff, embeddingbest practices and shared accountability

Build strong relationships withexternal stakeholders and regulatory bodies

What We’re Looking For

-

Tertiary qualifications inhealth, disability, quality, risk management, or related fields

Extensiveleadership experiencein quality, compliance, and governance

Deep understanding ofNDIS legislation, standards, and audits

Strong skills inrisk management, policy development, and incident reviews

Experience withcontinuous improvement methodologies(ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
