COMPLIANCE HEALTH & SAFETY OFFICER

We are****a Sydney (Northern Sydney) based company specialising in electrical infrastructure projects around NSW and further afield. We are an authorised A Grade Level 1 & Level 2 Service Provider, able to undertake works on the AUSGRID and Endeavour Energy Networks.

We have built a solid team of competent and highly skilled workers who are valued both within the company and the broader energy sector. We have earned a strong reputation in the industry for completing projects cost effectively, on time, whilst maintaining our client level of satisfaction.

We are seeking a Compliance Manager that can maintain this high level of work and will suit a team player with passion and drive to succeed, working well with our busy motivated team.

Responsibilities:

· Updating and maintaining safety management plans

· Develop and reviewing SWMS

· Toolbox talks and site inductions

· Prepare and conduct safety inductions

· Promoting a safe work culture at all times

· Ensuring best practice principles are adhered to

· Undertaking site inspections

· Risk assessments and accident investigations

· Ensure the safe operation of plant and equipment

Ideally you will have worked in the industry and have sound experience in health and safety legislation, or you are an electrician looking for a change.
