Employers posting jobs must ensure:

• Payment of applicable fees for premium listings

5. NDIS Compliance

All users must ensure compliance with:

• NDIS Code of Conduct
• NDIS Worker Screening Check requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Standard job postings: $74 (30 days)
• Featured job postings: $124 (30 days with premium placement)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.
