About the role

Lead a dedicated team supporting people with disability in Burpengary, QLD. Coach and empower frontline staff to deliver exceptional, person-centred outcomes in a values-driven environment.

• Based in Burpengary, QLD.

• Part-time (approximately 50 hours per fortnight)

• Rotational roster (including time for administration)

Duties

• Lead and coach a team of support professionals

• Model best practice and drive service quality

• Support delivery of individual goals and outcomes

Skills & Experience

• Proven leadership in disability or community services

• Strong coaching and team-building skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal ability

• Knowledge of NDIS and quality standards

• Availability for a 7-day rotating shift roster
