About Us SDA Global provides quality support to NDIS participants to help them live independently and achieve their goals. We are currently expanding and seeking caring and dedicatedSupport Workersto join our team across greater Brisbane and surrounding areas. (Ipswich, Logan Area, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Moreton Bay, Forrest Lake, Aspley, Toowomba, Samford)

Key Responsibilities

Support participants with community access (e.g. attending appointments, shopping, recreational activities)

Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and routine support

Encourage independent living skills and support participants to work toward their NDIS goals

Provide companionship and social engagement

Accurately complete shift notes and incident reports

Follow participant-specific support plans and maintain professional boundaries

What We’re Looking For

A caring, respectful, and person centred approach

Strong communication and time management skills

Ability to work independently while following direction

Flexibility to travel between client homes and community locations

Requirements

First Aid & CPR

NDIS Worker Screening Check or Yellow Card

Blue Card (if working with children)

Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle

Cert III or IV in Individual Support or Disability (preferred)
