We’re a small, family-run NDIS provider based in Perth, supporting participants across the metro area (Joondalup to Rockingham). We keep things personal—consistent support, clear communication and a team culture that feels like family. We’re growing our Support Worker team and have opportunities in the northern suburbs.

The role

You’ll provide one-to-one support in the community and at home for adults with psychosocial disability and complex needs. You’ll work closely with our team leader to keep supports calm, consistent and goal-focused.

Key duties

Community access: appointments, shopping, recreation, social inclusion

Daily living: meal prep, light domestic tasks, respectful prompts and routines

Follow Behaviour Support/safety strategies; use de-escalation when needed

Transport participants safely to and from activities

Record clear shift notes; communicate promptly with the team

Maintain professional boundaries; uphold participant choice and control

Must have

NDIS Worker Screening Check – current (mandatory)

First Aid & CPR – current

Current driver’s licence & reliable car

Comprehensive car insurance for participant transport (mandatory)

NDIS Worker Orientation Module (free online)

Right to work in Australia

Working With Children Check or willing to obtain for future child-related shifts

Nice to have (highly regarded)

Trauma-informed practice and mental health experience

Experience with behaviours of concern, schizophrenia/bipolar

Mental Health First Aid / Positive Behaviour Support foundations

Pay & type

SCHADS Award Level 2 – Casual (plus super and applicable penalties)
