🫶 What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities

• Building positive relationships based on trust and respect

• Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments

• Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs

• Working collaboratively on individualised care plans

💼 What You’ll Bring

• Completed, currently studying, or willing to enrol in a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (or a relevant qualification).

• Full Australian Driver’s License, First Aid and CPR Certificate

• NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check

• Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset

• Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights

📅Your availability

• Successful candidates must be available to work a combination of day, afternoon/evening, sleepover (SO), and weekend shifts.

• Shifts are scheduled in 8-hour blocks: 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm + sleepovers.
