SERVICE COORDINATOR- ADELAIDE
Kanda is expanding on our years of experience in delivering community services across Australia. Our organisation provides care, support, and home services to Veteran and Aged clients throughout Australia across a variety of programs.
POSITION****PURPOSE:
Kanda is seeking an energetic and driven experiencedPermanent Full TimeService Coordinator to join our Community Nursing team to provide care for, and to improve health outcomes for our Veteran (DVA) and Aged Community living at home. This position is full time, office based in Underdale, SA , Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
You will be responsible for all service outcomes as they relate to individual clients. The role reports into the Clinical Manager.

ABOUT YOU:
- Demonstrated experience in a relevant discipline, eg Aged Care, Community
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Always deliver exceptional service
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated experience in using communications strategically for advocacy purposes
- A high level of integrity, a passion for the Aged Care Sector and innovative problems solving and critical thinking skills
PRIME ACCOUNTABILITIES OF****THE ROLE:
- Provide high quality customer services to support our aged care client's receiving direct care in their homes
- Work under the guidance of the Senior Clinical Nurse
- Schedule home care employees to provide services to clients
- Day to day operational oversight of employee and non-clinical client service delivery
- Schedule the best suited non-clinical field employee to attend to the needs of our aged care clients
- Ensure safety and quality objectives are achieved including but not limited to Safety Conversations and Incident management.

- Customer Management - manage incoming requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Rostering / Scheduling
- Health, Safety, Environment and Quality
- Data Management, Administration and Reporting
