Key Responsibilities
As an After hour on-call support at Tibii, your responsibilities will include:
Respond promptly to emergency calls, from staff, or clients.
Assess and manage emergencies, ensuring appropriate escalation and intervention.
Coordinate responses to incidents involving staff or clients, including behavioural crises, medical emergencies, or workplace safety issues.
Provide guidance to front line staff in managing complex situations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Approve or facilitate shift replacements in case of unexpected staff absence.
Maintain accurate records of all after-hours calls, decisions made, and actions taken.
Prepare shift handover reports for management and daytime staff to ensure continuity of care and service.
Act as a key point of contact for staff requiring support after hours.
Hours of work are between 5 pm to 9 am during weekdays and 24 hours during weekends.
About You You are a proactive and dependable professional who thrives in high-pressure situations and is committed to providing exceptional support outside regular business hours. You have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a calm, empathetic approach to crisis management.
Key Attributes & Skills:
Ability to respond promptly and effectively to urgent calls and incidents.
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to assess risks and escalate when necessary.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Experience in crisis management, de-escalation, and problem-solving.
High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to provide support and guidance to front line staff.
Understanding of workplace health and safety, incident reporting, and compliance requirements.
Strong organisational skills to document incidents and provide accurate handovers.
Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations (e.g., NDIS, workplace safety, duty of care).
Experience in liaising with emergency services, healthcare providers, and external agencies when required.
