An**SMCE (Senior Manager, Client Experience)**is a highly skilled leader who delivers exceptional client experiences through people, planning, and strategy. They use growth planning to anticipate client needs, align these with workforce capability, and navigate the complexities of the NDIS and broader funding environment.

They lead a team that delivers an end-to-end client journey — engaging stakeholders, managing risk, and defining what success looks like for both the client and the team supporting them.

Key Objectives

• Deliver the highest quality of support and client experience for participants in Brisbane.
• Develop strategies and initiatives that drive client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Support and empower a workforce of Support Workers, Client Experience Leads, and Managers, fostering strong relationships with clients, families, and the community.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and sustainability while streamlining operations to improve efficiency and achieve performance goals.
• Collaborate on a responsive workforce plan that attracts, engages, and retains Support Workers who live Nextt’s vision and values.

• Senior management experience leading multiple services across diverse locations in the disability or health sector.
• Engaging, collaborative leadership style with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Commercially astute, with experience managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.
• Knowledge of disability services, NDIS, or health care – with clinical or allied health background highly desirable.
• Results-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to empower others.
• Tertiary qualification in health, allied health, disability, or business management.
