About the Opportunity
At a time of significant transformation in the aged care sector, we are seeking a seasoned and operationally capable Regional Manager to oversee our Home & Community Services portfolio in the South. This senior management role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, restorative care across a complex and mobile workforce, while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
The Regional Manager is a strategic leader who collaborates with the executive team to deliver exceptional in-home care services while driving organisational success through effective workforce management, financial oversight, and growth strategies that ensure sustainable operations and strong employee engagement.
This role demands excellence in customer experience through building a customer-focused culture, leveraging data insights to enhance service quality, and demonstrating empathy and transparency in all client interactions.
The position is responsible for quality and risk management, implementing continuous improvement systems, maintaining regulatory compliance, and proactively identifying potential issues to safeguard client satisfaction and organisational reputation.
About You
You have proven expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder relationships, with strong knowledge of Australia's ageing population challenges and the ability to translate research into practical service improvements.
You are skilled in risk management, regulatory compliance, and performance monitoring, with analytical abilities to combine research with experience and make informed decisions that drive business growth in the aged care market.
You possess strong leadership and communication skills that inspire high-performing teams and builds a culture of continuous improvement, customer advocacy, and operational excellence.
Essential Criteria:
Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, health, management, or relevant field
Aged Care or similar industry experience
5+ years' experience in commensurate role
National Police Check
Driver’s license
Desirable Criteria:
AHPRA registration or eligible for registration
