About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team in Alice Springs. You’ll deliver high-quality therapy within the NDIS framework, using a range of modalities including hydrotherapy, respiratory and postural management, and equipment prescription. Occasional remote travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments (neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, etc.)

Develop and implement individualised therapy plans focused on functional outcomes

Deliver culturally responsive care to Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal children and families

Facilitate school and community-based programs to promote inclusion

Prescribe and manage mobility equipment (training provided)

Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals

Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to NDIS reviews

About You

You’re passionate about paediatric care and thrive in a collaborative, community-focused environment. You value evidence-based practice and are excited to grow professionally while making a difference.

Essential Criteria:

Degree in Physiotherapy + AHPRA registration

CPR & First Aid certification

NT Ochre Card + National Police Clearance

Valid driver’s licence

Strong communication and organisational skills
