**Our client is an established Not for Profit organisation that has worked within the community providing a range of services to all areas of the welfare sector. It has a reputation for excellence and strong team culture.
**The Role ** This is a newly created role due to expansion. You will be working in the North Sydney region and supporting elderly clients on CHSP. The role is mainly autonomous but there is a team of Physiotherapist to support you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized physiotherapy care plans
- Deliver high-quality, in-home therapeutic interventions to optimize mobility and independence
- Collaborate with care teams and escalate clinical concerns as needed
- Mentor Physiotherapy Aides in delivering treatment plans and exercise programs
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with aged care legislation
- Promote a safe work environment by reporting risks and incidents
Selection Criteria
- A degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience, ideally in community or aged care settings
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience delivering in-home care
- Excellent communication, time management, and digital documentation skills
- A current NSW driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (with CTP and TPP insurance)
- Passion for improving the lives of older adults through compassionate care
