Canobolas Kids Health New Graduate Program: Physiotherapist & Occupational Therapist
Canobolas Kids Health is committed to clinical excellence and fostering the next generation of allied health professionals. We are seeking driven and highly motivated new graduate Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to join our team through our comprehensive 24-month New Graduate Program. This is a unique opportunity to build a solid foundation for your career in a dynamic and supportive paediatric environment.
About the New Graduate Program
This is not just a job; it is a structured pathway to professional mastery. Our program is designed to accelerate your clinical skills and confidence. You will engage in a diverse paediatric caseload plus weekly one on one clinical and business tutorials, fortnightly clinical mentoring sessions and weekly team professional development sessions.
Our commitment is to your success. Each new graduate is paired with a dedicated senior therapist who will provide direct, one-on-one mentorship. This relationship is built on structured education, regular supervision, case reviews, joint sessions and feedback. Ensuring you develop sound clinical reasoning and practice evidence-based care.
What We Offer to Our New Graduates

Dedicated Mentorship: A structured mentorship program with a senior therapist who is invested in your professional growth and will guide you through complex cases and skill development.
Professional Development: A significant annual budget is allocated for external courses and conferences. Additionally, you will participate in weekly in-house training and peer-to-peer learning sessions, keeping you at the forefront of the latest research and techniques.
A Collaborative Team: You will work directly with CKH’s experienced occupational therapists and physiotherapists. You will collaborate and work with other allied health disciplines including psychology, speech pathology and educators to provide integrated, comprehensive and child-centred care.
Full time administration support: Focus on your clinical skills and not administration with our experienced support team

Required Skills & Qualifications

Eligibility for registration with the relevant national board (AHPRA) is mandatory.
