Join our passionate and experienced Aged care teams as a Physiotherapist. Utilise your knowledge and skills to support our Home Care Package clients.

Use a holistic approach to conduct client assessments and develop individualised care plans
Provide client-centred care that promotes independence within the community
Develop strong relationships and communicate effectively with clients, families, care providers and health professionals to establish goals, provide support and education, and ensure needs are being met
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Work with autonomy and flexibility, enhance your clinical skills and build meaningful relationships with clients
Manage time efficiently and meet deadlines About you
You have passion with purpose and are driven by excellence. In addition, you will have the following skills:
An Australian Accredited Degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
Experience in community care and undertaking comprehensive, holistic assessments and developing care plans
A client centred approach to care that enhances the client's independence
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
Valid Australian driver's license Benefits
