This is a unique opportunity to become part of a trusted, values-driven organisation. While the primary role is as a Mentor, Youth Careers Coach and Support Worker, there may be opportunities to contribute in areas such as Counselling services, depending on your qualifications and experience.
About Us
Coordim8 are a Disability and Mental Health Support service provider based in Adelaide, SA. We offer a range of services, including Support Work, Mentoring, Counselling, and SLES (School Leaver Employment Supports). We’re an NDIS Registered Provider, delivering person centred care through a passionate team of professionals.
About the Role
This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. As a Support Worker and Mentor, you’ll support individuals with disabilities and mental health support needs to achieve their goals and maintain a good quality of life.
Key Details
• Casual role (approx 15 - 35 hours per week)
• Flexible hours to suit your lifestyle and commitments.
• Work locally, supporting clients within 30 minutes of your home
What We’re Looking For

• A passion for social justice and creating equal opportunities for others.
• Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor’s (or currently studying towards) in a relevant field.
• Driver’s license, vehicle, and relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Police Clearance, WWCC, First Aid & CPR).
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week, with at least 2–3 consistent days of availability.
• Previous experience in disability support, mental health services, community services work or similar (or willingness to learn with relevant qualifications).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client documentation and team collaboration
• Basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting
