The Bridge is a progressive not-for-profit organisation delivering services to people with disability, and from disadvantaged backgrounds, throughout the south-eastern and northern Melbourne community. About the Opportunity:

The Bridge are thrilled to announce we will be delivering the Inclusive Employment Australia program across the Monash region of Melbourne including Narre Warren, Pakenham, Doveton, Koo Wee Rup and Emerald starting October (or as agreed) 2025. We are now inviting Expressions of Interest from passionate and skilled individuals to join our team and help people into meaningful work as:

• Employment Support Consultants

Workforce Retention & Ongoing Support

We are looking for people who:

• Have experience in employment services, community services, or a related field

• Can build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds

• Are organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused

• Hold a relevant qualification or significant industry experience
