About the Role

As aSupport Worker, you will provide assistance inhomes and the community, assist participants withdaily life, improve daily skills and community engagement.

Role Locations:

**Craigieburn:**Morning and afternoon, school pickup and drop off. Community Access and engagement.

**Eltham:**Home assistance with OT activities, Physio and Community Access.

**Thomastown:**Community Access

**Sydenham:**Community Access

**St Andrew Beach:**Afternoon, school pickup. Community Access and engagement.

What You’ll Do

✅ Assist with daily living tasks such aspersonal care, meal prep, cleaning, and shopping. ✅ Providetransport and supportfor medical appointments, social outings, and activities. ✅ Work alongside allied health professionals todevelop support plansand help participants achieve their goals. ✅ Support participants in gainingindependence, confidence, and community involvement. ✅ Ensureparticipants always have choice and controlover their care and support.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications– Cert III in Individual Support (or higher) OR relevant industry experience. Experience with ASD, Behavioural, and ADHD is preferable.

Essential Requirements– NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card), Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid & CPR Certificate, Current “C” Class Driver’s License, Full Comprehensive Car Insurance, and your own vehicle.

Skills & Traits– Strong communication skills, adaptability, empathy, and the ability to provide person-centered care.

Availability–Must be open to working sleepover and/or active night shifts as required.
