Key Responsibilities
Delivery of personalised support services to clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of care and compassion
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Collaborate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive support plans
Advocate for client rights and ensure they have access to the resources and services they require
Maintain detailed records and documentation to track client progress and support service delivery
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
Certificate 3 Individual Support (Aging, Disability, Home and Community)
“P” NDIS Worker Screening Card & Blue Card
Queensland Drivers Licence
Experience in providing personalised support services to individuals with disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently

9am - 5pm
9am - 2pm
5pm - 11pm & 7am - 9am (sleep over)
2pm - 8pm
Monday - Sunday available (24/7)
