About Us Sakura Care is a NDIS-registered provider delivering personalised, in-home and supported accommodation services. Guided by inclusion and respect, we support people to live with dignity, independence, and connection to their community.

The Role We’re seekingexperienced Disability Support Workersto support participants with complex behaviours and mental health diagnoses in**Supported Independent Living (SIL)**settings. We have clients located both in North and South Adelaide, so we are looking for staff who are able to travel to different locations.

You will:

Deliver individualised support plans, adapting to participant needs in real time.

Provide daily living assistance, including personal care.

Encourage community participation and positive social connections.

Empower clients to achieve personal goals and maintain wellbeing.

Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and overnights.

What You’ll Need (Essential)

NDIS Worker Check, Orientation Module & Working with Children Check

First Aid & CPR Certificates

Medication & Manual Handling Certificates

Current Police Check

Australian Driver’s Licence

Infection Control & Hand Hygiene Certificates

Certificate IV in Disability, Aged Care, or related field

Highly Regarded

Experience supporting people with mental health conditions

Previous disability support work experience
