Disability Support Worker

IGNITE Community Services is a disability organisation that has a strong sense of person centered support with an emphasis on family. We offer a range of supports, both the traditional types and new ones, all based around what the person needs.

We are currently looking for people to work our SDA in Brassall. We are looking to engage 1-2 people.

We are looking for people who are willing and able to work a range of shifts, are flexible and committed to making a difference in the lives of the people we support.

What we need from you!

Blue and yellow card - Or national worker screening check

First aid

Experience in Hoisting and PC

Ability to work a rotating roster

Flexible to fill shifts where people maybe on holidays or sick outside of your roster

The want and drive to make a difference in peoples lives

Minimum Cert III

What we will give you :

SCHADS award 2.1 -Casual.

Full training and induction

$80 sleepover allowance

Support and ongoing training as needed
