We’re currently hiring forcasual roles, withfuture part-time opportunities availablefor the right candidates. We especially welcome applicants who areavailable for overnight shifts.

Positions are available from Deception Bay through to Coomera, out to Ipswich and Bayside.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

Certificate III or IV in Disability/Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)

Experience in the disability sector (preferred)

Completion of the NDIS Modules https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au

Valid Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, CPR/First Aid, and Police Check

Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Skills:

Confident working both independently and within a team

Strong time management and organisational skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting with daily personal care routines

Support for shopping, meal prep, and community access

Accompanying clients to medical and other essential appointments

Promoting independence and person-centred care
