Disability Support Worker

Disability Support Workers are valued members of Connected Inc NDIS, playing a vital role in delivering high-quality services that support our participants to achieve their goals—while enjoying the journey along the way.

This role involves providing direct support including personal care, community and social engagement, and promoting positive inclusion. Responsibilities also include supporting the development of independent living skills, assisting with domestic tasks, fostering improved relationships, providing transport assistance, and being a positive role model for participants. Support Workers implement each participant’s individual Support Plan, aligned with their NDIS goals and personal challenges.

We are seeking exceptional Disability Support Workers who arenon-judgemental, empathetic, calm, and flexible, and who are looking forreliable, long-term employment. Consistency of staff is essential for our clients to truly flourish. Experience supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities is highly regarded.

Our clients typically require supportthree times per week, withaverage shifts of 3–4 hours. Most staff will work with2–3 clients, depending on participant needs, preferences, and the number of hours the worker wishes to undertake.

We currently have participants located fromRedcliffe through to Edens Landing. We try to ensure you will only have to drive for 30 minutes to get to any participant.
