We’re currently looking for caring, professional, and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide support in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and the community across Brisbane. If you thrive on meaningful work and want to be part of a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

● Providing day-to-day support in SIL environments, including personal care, meal prep, household tasks, and medication administration

● Supporting clients to achieve their goals and increase their independence

● Building trusted relationships and providing emotional support and companionship

● Assisting with community participation through social outings, appointments, and recreational activities

● Working collaboratively with families, allied health professionals, and other support staff

● Following behaviour support plans and promoting positive behaviour strategies

About You:

● Cert III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or related qualification (or working towards it)

● Experience working in SIL or similar environments (desirable but not essential as training is provided)

● Compassionate, calm and reliable, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Willingness to support individuals with disability (including children) is highly regarded

● Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleepovers and weekends

● Current Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR and a valid driver’s licence

● Entitlement to work in Australia
