We are actively providing quality supports in the Community now as we gear up to transform the Iconic Number 1, North Terrace, Hackney into stunning, accessible apartments and community spaces into the future. We support participants who are seeking individualised supports for:

In Home Support

Assistance with Personal Care, Daily Living, Meal Preparation, Cleaning, Gardening & Laundry

Passive & Active Overnight Supports

Complex Needs Level 3 Trained Support Workers

Social and Community Access

Catheter, Tracheostomy, PEG and Stoma Management

If you are a disability support worker or Individual with transferable skills, lived experience and or qualifications in the community services sectors, we would love to hear from you. We are seeking disability support workers to assist us with our participants and have regular/ongoing shifts available for an immediate start. Tasks & responsibilities

Provide direct support participants in their home and in the community

Support participants to live independently in individualised living arrangements

Provide support with personal care and general household duties

Qualifications & experience

Hold a Certificate III or above in Disability / Individual Support, Studying or equivalent (e.g. Bachelor of Nursing)

Experience with Behavioural Participants (Desired)

Current First Aid Certificate

Current DCSI Screening / NDIS Worker Check

Current Working with Children's Check

Confident with computers, tablets and smartphones

An unrestricted South Australian Driver's License
