About the Role: We are currently seeking casualDisability Support Workersto support NDIS participants in the Adelaide region with their community and daily living needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to NDIS participants in their home and the local community

Assist with daily living activities

Encourage and promote independence, choice, and inclusion

Follow participant support plans and maintain professional boundaries at all times

Communicate effectively with participants, families, and team members

Uphold NDIS Practice Standards and contribute to a safe and respectful environment

Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment at all times

What You’ll Bring:

Previous experience in disability support or a similar care role

Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (or working towards)

Working With Children's Check

A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check

A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Excellent communication skills
