This is a full-time leadership opportunity to oversee a broad portfolio including residential aged care, independent living units, and home care services.

As Director of Care, you will lead day-to-day clinical and operational functions, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and a positive, resident-focused culture. • Ensure effective compliance with aged care quality standards and AN-ACC funding

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience within aged care
• In-depth knowledge of AN-ACCwith strong documentation and reporting skills
• Familiarity with the Aged Care Quality Standards and person-centred care models
