📝About the Role:

We're seeking caring, flexible, and proactive Support Workers to join our growing team. You'll be supporting NDIS participants in their daily lives, helping them build independence and engage in the community.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in mental health, community work, or lived experience who is passionate about empowering others.

✅What You'll Be Doing:

-

Providing 1:1 community and home-based support

Managing your personal Roster of supports

Facilitating and participating in group activities

Helping with household tasks

Encouraging social participation and skill-building

Assisting with appointments, errands, and transport

Promoting daily living skills and independence

Case Noting, Report Writing and liaising with Key Stake Holders

🔍What We’re Looking For:

-

A reliable, fully insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required)

Current SA Driver’s License

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Strong communication and emotional resilience

Self-motivated and proactive

Able to manage time and responsibilities and have professional boundaries

Mental health experience or lived experience is highly regarded
