🌟 Client Services Manager – Accessible Vehicle Rentals (Brookvale, NSW)
Full Time | $85–95K plus super | On-site only
We are looking for aClient Services Managerto join our small, experienced team inBrookvale, helping to run a respected rental business focused onwheelchair-accessible vehicles.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll be working directly with clients, families, Support Coordinators, insurers, service providers, and internal staff to make sure our clients get the vehicles they need — safely, smoothly, and with care.
We’re a purpose-driven business serving people with disabilities, and our clients often rely on our vehicles for independence, appointments, holidays, and family time. So we’re looking for someone who bringsdiplomacy, care, and initiativeto the job — and who can juggle competing priorities while keeping the big picture in mind.
🛠️ Your day-to-day will include:

Coordinating bookings for our fleet of accessible vehicles 2.
Communicating with a wide range of stakeholders (clients, carers, Support Coordinators, service providers, insurance companies) 3.
Problem-solving and adapting to the unexpected — no two days are the same 4.
Supporting team members and contributing to a collaborative, “pitch in where needed” culture 5.
Managing multiple email threads and phone calls with strong written and verbal communication 6.
Handling sensitive or complex client situations with maturity and tact 7.
Using booking systems and spreadsheets — expert Excel skills and confidence with digital tools is important
✅ You’re a great fit if you:

Have experience working with NDIS clients or other at-risk groups 2.
Have experience with vehicle rentals 3.
Know how to manage time well and stay calm under pressure 4.
Enjoy variety, and like being part of a small team where everyone contributes 5.
Can think like an owner — spotting what needs to be done, and doing it 6.
Are detail-oriented, diplomatic, and resourceful 7.
Have good general computer skills and pick up systems quickly 8.

Salary:$85,000–$95,000 plus super (negotiable based on experience) 4.
