Accommodation Manager

We are seeking a passionateNDIS Accommodation Case Managerto support participants living in**Supported Independent Living (SIL)andSpecialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)**settings. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of people with disability.

About the Role

As the Accommodation Case Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of NDIS participants across SIL and SDA properties. You’ll coordinate supports, work closely with participants and their families, and ensure services are delivered to the highest standard in line with NDIS requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support a caseload of NDIS participants in SIL and SDA arrangements

Develop and implement person-centred plans aligned with participant goals

Coordinate daily supports and collaborate with support workers and teams

Liaise with families, guardians, and allied health professionals

Monitor progress, review outcomes, and adjust plans as needed

Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, SIL/SDA guidelines, and internal policies

Contribute to service excellence and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Experience in the disability or community services sector

Experience of working with Restrictive Practices

Strong understanding of the NDIS, especially SIL and SDA supports

Exceptional communication, coordination, and documentation skills

Ability to build trust and rapport with participants and stakeholders

Qualification in Social Work or Community Services is preferred

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

NDIS Worker Screening Check and current First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
