Location: Lower Hunter Region, NSW
Salary: $105,000 per annum + 0.5% of turnover (Est. $3M in Year 1)

We are a fast-growing Supported Independent Living (SIL) provider under the NDIS, committed to delivering exceptional, person-centered support. As we enter our next stage of growth, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager / General Manager to help scale operations, build strong systems, and drive long-term sustainability.

The Role
This is a rare opportunity to take on a pivotal leadership role in a business poised for growth. You’ll work closely with the directors to build out operational frameworks, manage the day-to-day running of the business, and ensure compliance and quality across all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee participant onboarding and management processes
• Develop and manage governance frameworks, including risk management and compliance documentation
• Lead HR processes including staff onboarding, documentation, and performance support
• Contribute to business development strategy and execution to help scale operations
• Foster a high-performance team culture and ensure operational excellence
• Report on key business metrics and assist in strategic planning

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in NDIS and SIL operations, particularly with back-end systems and documentation
• Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and risk management within NDIS frameworks
• Experience in HR and people management including onboarding processes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work autonomously and in collaboration
• A growth mindset and passion for building sustainable systems
• Located in or willing to work from the Lower Hunter Region
