Our established Bendigo-based client specialises in insurance reinstatement, NDIS home modifications, and government construction works. Due to sustained growth, they're seeking a skilled Building Supervisor to oversee critical projects.

The Role

You'll conduct comprehensive building assessments for insurance claims while providing hands-on site supervision to ensure quality outcomes. This position combines technical expertise with project leadership, managing trades and coordinating works from assessment through completion.

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed building assessments and damage evaluations for insurance claims cost estimations

Supervise qualified tradespeople and coordinate on-site activities

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and client requirements

Manage project timelines and quality standards throughout completion

Utilise SimPro project management software for scheduling and reporting

What You Bring

Essential:

Qualified Carpenter, Builder, or Construction background

Proven site supervision experience with strong project understanding

Exceptional written communication skills for detailed reporting

Valid Victorian driver's licence

Ability to work independently across multiple project sites

Valued:

Experience in insurance reinstatement, NDIS modifications, or government works

Familiarity with project management software systems

Understanding of disability access standards and compliance requirements

The Package
