Job Description
Carinity Disabilities – Bunderra have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join the team. Reporting to the Client Services Coordinator (CSC), the Administration Officer is responsible for providing customer service and support for clients accessing the centre; and administrative assistance, data entry and practical support to the team.
The position also assists in maintaining accurate financial, client and administrative records including client billing records, petty cash, client and room bookings, and end of month processing of accounts.
This role requires availability Monday to Friday.
What do I need for the role?
Demonstrated experience in office administration and clerical procedures, preferably within a community environment
Ability to work autonomously, with skills in time management and prioritisation of work tasks
Highly Developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
Possession of a current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
