About the role
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with mental health and psychosocial disabilities? We are looking for a dedicated and dynamicTeam Leaderto join our team atselectability, servicing ourPalm Islandrecipients.
lead and manage the delivery of Psychosocial Service Delivery and Block Funded Programs
coach and support a team of Lifestyle Support Workers to tailor services to the needs of recipients
build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across clinical, community and primary health services
represent selectability at local and regional network meetings, forums and events
About you
To be successful you must have:
experience leading teams, programs and services in mental health, disability or community services
possess clear and effective communication skills
demonstrate computer literacy and accuracy in record management
exhibit an ability to problem solve
be able to follow policies and procedures at all times
be able to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individuals
Role requirements
a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland drivers licence
a currently registered, roadworthy, and fully comprehensive vehicle
current nationally recognised First Aid and CPR certificates (or the ability to obtain)
a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain)
NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You'
About the offer
TheTeam Leader - Service Deliveryis offered as apermanent full-timeopportunity, with travel required to Palm Island between 1-3 days a week if based in Townsville, including the possibility of weekend work.
