**About You You’re someone who truly cares—empathetic, resilient, and deeply committed to making a difference. You hold a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counselling*or Psychology and you’re registered with ASORC or AHPRA.**

The Role As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will encompass the delivery and exemplification of excellent client-centric services. ****·****Support the Assistant Area Manager in fostering a culture of respect, growth, and resilience · Coach team members to align with company values and performance expectations · Empower the team to collaborate, share ideas, and drive continuous improvement · Provide compassionate care and conduct meaningful assessments to guide clients through career transitions · Design tailored Return to Work plans that promote recovery and reintegration · Build strong relationships with stakeholders—health professionals, employers, and insurers—to co-create impactful solutions · Visit workplaces to identify challenges and advocate for safer, more inclusive environments
