Living My Wayis a trusted Not-For-Profit organisation with over 30 years of experience supporting people with disabilities to live independently with choice and control.

We are currently seeking reliable and dedicated support workers based in or around the Sutherland Shire to assist our members with Personal Care and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) Support

About the Role

As a Support Worker with Living My Way, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to lead fulfilling lives. This role is focused on assisting a male member with a physical and neurological disability achieve his goals at home.

You will provide tailored support that reflects his personal needs, while promoting our values of inclusion, choice, and control in all aspects of care.

Shifts currently on offer but not limited to:

**Weekday shifts:**9:00am – 12:00pm

Key responsibilities:

Delivery of High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) Support

Complex Bowel Care / Catheter Care (ileal conduit)

Support with Manual Handling

Diabetes Awareness

Pressure Injury Management

What we’re looking for:

SCI experience (preferred)

Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or a related qualification (desirable)

Compliance checks (NDIS WSC and WWCC)

Current First Aid and CPR certificate

You must have the right to live and work in Australia

Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
