What You’ll Do:

Assist clients to live their lives as independently as possible

Provide compassionate support to clients with complex and high-care disability needs

Work as part of a wider team supporting our clients to reach their goals

Attend meetings and client specific training sessions as required

Record client progress notes in mobile app

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable members of our community

Reliable availability for regular shifts to support continuity of care for clients on an ongoing roster

Must have areliable carandvalid driver’s license

Must have a current**First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check,**and other relevant checks.

Hold a qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Community Care(desirable)**
