We are currently looking for staff located in theOuter South East Melbourne Areasto support our local clients.
The Role: In Home Support Worker As a Support Worker with us, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients with their daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
Providing personalized care and emotional support to meet each client's individual needs.
Engaging in meaningful activities and outings that promote socialisation and well-being.
Collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.

**Experience:**Previous experience in a support worker role is desirable, but not essential. If you have the right attitude and commitment, we will provide the training!
Candidates Must Have or be willing to obtain:
NDIS Screening Check
WWCC
Police Check - issued within the past 12 months
Covid & Flu vaccinations
Drivers Licence
Access to a reliable vehicle with minimum 3rd party insurance
Current first aid & CPR certification
