What You'll Do:
Provide personalised active support to individuals with disabilities, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, attending appointments, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Encourage and facilitate social and community participation.
Implement individual support plans in collaboration with participants and their families.
Foster a safe, positive, and nurturing environment.
Experience / knowledge in disability and mental health supports
Able to drive Wheelchair Accessible Van, Loading / unloading wheelchairs in van, attendant controlled wheelchairs – powered and manual
