About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our NDIS support services. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring our organisation delivers high-quality, person-centred supports aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.
The Operations Manager will manage staff performance, client service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement to help our participants achieve greater independence, inclusion, and choice.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the operational delivery of support services including community access, SIL, in-home supports and group programs and STA.
Facilitate participant intake, service agreement development and manage CRM
Create support plans and regularly check-in with families/ clients to ensure satisfaction with their support team and review progression of goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure coordinated care.
Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations, quality standards.
Apply own knowledge to create and implement policies, and procedures.
Respond to incidents, complaints, and participant feedback in line with organisational policy.
Drive workplace culture through planning and executing team meetings, social events and regular staff check-ins.
Ability to work flexibly and manage after hours calls.
Implement business growth and strategic planning through building and maintaining strong relationships within network.
Managing own work hours and schedule due to the needs of the business.
Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience within the NDIS, disability or community services sector.
Strong understanding of the NDIS, including compliance, funding models, and service delivery.
Proven leadership and staff management experience in a complex service environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Sound knowledge of risk, safeguarding, incident management, and quality systems.
Ability to interpret and work within NDIS legislation, pricing arrangements, and compliance frameworks.
Current Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
