Support Coordinator - Rockingham

• Salary: $72,995.61 - $76,735 + Salary Packaging options (up to $18,550 per annum)
• Permanent Full Time position based between Rockingham and Mandurah

Rocky Bay are looking for a Support Coordinator to join our growing, dynamic team on a permanent full time basis. This team delivers coordination supports to NDIS customers.

About the role

• Work with customers to strengthen their capacity to connect with informal, mainstream and funded supports

• Develop customer capacity to maintain support relationships, resolve service delivery issues and participate independently in NDIS processes

• Be a part of a diversified and progressive disability service organisation

• Enjoy individualised supervision and training opportunities

What you need to have:

• Experience in a similar role within the NDIS

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders, and team members

• Personal resilience working in a changing environment
