Support Coordinator – NDIS Level 2
Location: Brendale + work-from-home flexibility

About the Role
We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced NDIS Level 2 Support Coordinator to join our team. This role will suit individuals with a strong understanding of the NDIS, a solution-focused mindset, and a genuine interest in helping others navigate and get the most from their NDIS plans.
An immediate caseload is available, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans
• Coordinate supports and connect participants with appropriate services
• Build strong, respectful relationships with participants, families, and providers
• Identify barriers and work collaboratively to overcome them
• Support participants to build independence and reach their goals
• Monitor progress and complete reports as required by the NDIS
• Advocate for participant safety, choice, and inclusion
Skills and Experience
Mandatory requirements:
• Experience delivering NDIS Level 2 Support Coordination
• Excellent understanding of NDIS legislation, funding, systems, and reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
• Current National Police Check
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willing to obtain
Preferred:
• Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Allied Health, Community Services, or related discipline
• Experience supporting people with complex needs or dual diagnoses
• Knowledge of the broader disability, health, and community sectors
