Speech Therapist – Paediatric Private Practice Perth Child Development Centre – West Perth (and Sinagra Location)
We are seeking a passionate and dedicatedSpeech Therapistto join our growing team atPerth Child Development Centrein ourbrand-new, purpose-built clinicin West Perth.

About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist at Perth CDC you will provide evidence-based assessments and therapy for children with a range of developmental, learning, and communication needs. You’ll collaborate closely with families, educators, and other health professionals to support meaningful outcomes in each child’s everyday life.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based therapy in areas including speech, language, fluency, and social communication
Assess and support children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other neurodivergent profiles
Collaborate with families, teachers, and allied health professionals to promote participation and functional communication across home, school, and community settings
Empower children to build confidence, connection, and communication in a way that is strengths-based and child-led
Manage a varied caseload of NDIS and private clients, supported by efficient systems, collaborative team culture, and ongoing mentoring
What we’re looking for
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Current SPA membership and Working With Children Check
Experience or strong interest in paediatrics
Commitment to family-centred, collaborative care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
