What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide evidence-based speech pathology to adult clients with disability, injury, or illness under the NDIS and other funding models
- Assess and treat communication and swallowing needs, and prepare accurate clinical reports tailored to each individual
- Liaise with families, carers, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic, coordinated support
- Supervise or support junior team members or assistants (if interested), or continue growing with structured mentorship
- Contribute to clinical resource development and local service improvement initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- SPA registrationand relevant tertiary qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experiencein speech pathology
- Strong clinical knowledge, especially with adult populations and NDIS-funded services
- Excellent time management, report writing, and communication skills
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle to travel across the Townsville region
- Sponsorship for international candidates
