What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide evidence-based speech pathology to adult clients with disability, injury, or illness under the NDIS and other funding models
• Assess and treat communication and swallowing needs, and prepare accurate clinical reports tailored to each individual
• Liaise with families, carers, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic, coordinated support
• Supervise or support junior team members or assistants (if interested), or continue growing with structured mentorship
• Contribute to clinical resource development and local service improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• SPA registrationand relevant tertiary qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experiencein speech pathology
• Strong clinical knowledge, especially with adult populations and NDIS-funded services
• Excellent time management, report writing, and communication skills
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle to travel across the Townsville region
• Sponsorship for international candidates
