We’re looking for a dedicated and passionateSenior Speech Pathologistto take on a meaningful leadership role in building and shaping our new speech pathology team. You’ll collaborate closely with a supportive leadership group and our established OT team. The role can be performedremotely from anywhere in Australia, withhybrid work options availablefor those based inAdelaide, Melbourne, Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast, where local teams are in place.

The Role
In this key position, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
Developing and implementing evidence-based intervention plans
Mentoring and supporting early-career speech pathologists
Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Collaborating with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Contributing to the growth and innovation of our speech pathology services
Our Clients
We support individuals across the lifespan—children, adolescents, young adults, and adults—in home, school, and community environments. We also offer telehealth services to clients Australia-wide.

Requirements
-
Bachelor or Masters of Speech Pathology
At least 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience
Experience in mentoring or willingness to guide junior clinicians
Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for community-based work
Current clearances: Working with Children Check, Childwise Child Safety Training, Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect, NDIS Worker Check, and National Police Clearance
