Functional Intensive Therapy is a dynamic and growing speech pathology practice based in Griffith, NSW. Our service delivery includes clinic-based sessions, home visits, early childhood centres, and school outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for a paediatric caseload aged 0–18 years

Deliver therapy services in clinic, school, home, and community settings

Develop and monitor individualised therapy plans and goals in collaboration with families

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including NDIS progress reports

Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities

Provide supervision and mentoring to allied health assistants (if applicable)

Engage in continuous improvement and contribute to service development

Essential Criteria

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology

Current membership (or eligibility) with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)

Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Commitment to evidence-based, family-centred practice
