What You’ll Be Doing

As a Social Worker at Kudos, you’ll:

• Deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention to children, young people, and their families

  • Work alongside families and support networks to create tailored care and development plans

  • Collaborate with allied health and support coordination teams to deliver integrated services

  • Empower clients and caregivers through trauma-informed, strength-based practice

  • Maintain clear documentation that supports outcomes, reviews, and NDIS requirements

What You’ll Bring

• A recognised qualification in Social Work and eligibility for AASW membership.

  • Experience working in disability or with children, families, and those with complex needs (or a strong interest in it).

  • A solid understanding of trauma-informed, strengths-based practice.

  • Confidence to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with families.

  • A driver’s licence, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
