What You’ll Be Doing
As a Social Worker at Kudos, you’ll:
Deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention to children, young people, and their families
Work alongside families and support networks to create tailored care and development plans
Collaborate with allied health and support coordination teams to deliver integrated services
Empower clients and caregivers through trauma-informed, strength-based practice
Maintain clear documentation that supports outcomes, reviews, and NDIS requirements

What You’ll Bring
A recognised qualification in Social Work and eligibility for AASW membership.
Experience working in disability or with children, families, and those with complex needs (or a strong interest in it).
A solid understanding of trauma-informed, strengths-based practice.
Confidence to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with families.
A driver’s licence, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
